What would it take for Bielma to be fired?

Would he have to go 0-12 in consecutive years? Would he still be spared from the firing line if enough of the losses are within 45 points?

I get the impression that not only would he need consecutive 0-12 seasons, but all of the losses would have to be 222-0.

His buyout is currently $15 million. Our AD would have to encourage him to look elsewhere, some decent P5 team would make him an offer, and we agree to not enforce the buyout like we did with Nutt.
