What happens when aranda and kiffin leave for HC job?

All of the CEO supporters keep saying that all we need is a good OC. News flash yall aranda isn't gonna be here much longer and if we hire kiffin it will only be for a year till he gets another chance.
I have no faith that CEO can get a good replacement for both.
This is a very short sighted hire. Hopefully Fleck will be available in 2 years.

He will be able to hire almost anyone because we don't pay our coaches 10 million a year and we pay our OC and D.C. 1.5-2 mill

We'll do what any coach will,do, find replacements.
Aranda's is only here for a short while then on to a HC, that is a given.
Kiffen, if we hire him is only here till he gets an HC offer, another given.
Both of these happen no matter who the HC is...

I think that there are a number of things that work in favor of good hires:
- We pay top money for coordinators
- Coach O has shown the willingness to let his coaches coach
- Our recruiting base is excellent, we get talent.
These are solid reasons that well offset the negatives from our weeping over-reactive fan base.
Hell, we haven't even announced our new coach and part of our fan base is melting...
