What happens to Michigan's assistants?

I can't believe that RR would keep all of them. I know they get at least one more years' pay.
Also, does the RR hire mean that Carr has officially been kicked out of the UM inner circle?

i could see him keeping english for recruiting reasons...he's really not that bad of a DC, either.

I agree with Egg. Debord must go, but I'd like to see English for at least one more year. The players have a lot of respect for him and I think he can continue improving our defense. Next year I want to see improved angles, fewer missed tackles, and more wrapping up. If he makes those improvements then renew his contract. Everybody else can go.

Most asst coaches only have one year deals so no buyouts

Carr got all of his assistants 2 year deals before the start of this last (2007) season.

Carr supposedly arranged for it last year to where his assistants got paid until 2009
