Arkansas if anywhere. His Alma Mater and plenty of $$$ floating about if he indicated any interest. His hair would never stand up to our humidity, and the man ain't gonna wear a hat.

He lives in the Florida Keys and fishes 5 days a week. You wouldn't leave that lifestyle and neither will he.
