Genuinely surprised he left Ga Southern. That's historically been a better football program.

Guess the Eagles didn't want to match.

I'm no tulane fan, but that's a silly comment

I can only think of 4 of 33 seasons Tulane was capable of beating GSU.

I'd love to know the process that helped you arrive at that number

I'm only posting this because it irks me for some reason.

The offense at GA Southern the past couple of years under Fritz is a Gun, gap scheme offense with alot of power/counter where the H kicks 5 tech on power and pulls for ps backer on ctr. Yes, they do run the triple option out of the gun. They run some speed lead option and inside zone. One of the top rushing offenses in college football.

Awesome hire for Tulane in my opinion

It was reactionary to the smugness that Tulane Football was heads & tails > Southern. Don't over think it .

I still believe Southerns a better program though.

Their top recruit decommitted after talking to Fritz about the offense but he's pro-style QB.

Tulane has been a founding member of three major conferences in college football. The SEC, Conference USA and the current conference it is in. Georgia Southern has largely been a 1-AA program since inception. Do you understand what historically significant programs in college football means?
