I believe that Rich Rodriguez is the top guy right now.

I do not beleieve he is available, but I beleive he is the most desirable!

But is there a guy out there that would:

-Be blockbuster hire
-Great Recruiter
-Infinitely successful
-Available

I can live w/ Spurrier or Saban.

I even think a Jimmy Johnson could return to the college ranks and dominate. Of course no one expects him to.

I would have a hard time choosing the next guy.

I agree but doubt he is leaving. He turned down Bama

Why would he leave? He's proven that you don't have to be in a big conf. to make the NC game.

No one thinks he would. That's why I stated not available in first post.

Only chance he would leave would be loss to PITT. But that ain't happening.

again i say

why some fans are infatuated with him i just don't know

we have a coach now that pisses people off b/c they think he loses to teams with inferior talent....anyone who thinks LSU's talent level advantage over UF, UGA, Tenn, Auburn is greater than the talent level advantage WVU has had over louisville, south fla and rutgers is crazy.

i have no problem with miles, or rodriguez but for the life of me i can't figure out why so many miles haters want rodriguez

what has he done at wvu that miles hasn't done at lsu?

Check this board or any media outlet on Jan 9 08 and you'll have your answer.

If his offenses threw the ball more, they would be unstoppable, but he is more of a 75%-80% running offense. Hey, whatever wins.

I just see more potential within his offense. Maybe he just hasn't had the qb prospect with the legs and the arm. I like Pat White, but we all know he's not getting a sniff at QB in the pros.

soyou are basing his coaching credentials and how they are better than miles for what he hasn't done yet?

hell, he has been at WVU 4 more years than miles was at LSU so the only real way to say he would have accomplished more is if you compared miles 1st 7 years at LSU

one would argue in his 3 years at LSU miles has almost done as much as RR did in 7 at WVU

-both have been to 1 bcs bowl
-miles inherited a better team/rodriguez plays ina crappy conference and has easier opportunities
-RR has had LEGIT heisman cadidates the last 2 seaons and no hardward to show for it
-both coaches won their bowl games in 05 and 06....but RR lost his 3 before that

sorry, i just don't see a resume that sperates him from miles much less a resume that makes him the top coaching prospect in the country.....that job goes to chris peterson

okay....it is painfully obvious where this is going

by your rationale.....the TRUE hottest coaching prsopest in the country is bill belichecks son.....check the headlines in 2017....that will tell you why

come on man....wake up!!!
