What makes you think Raymond knows how to dial up a blitz, when to dial up a blitz, and how to call the right defense in situational football? He can recruit his arse off, but thats not all a DC needs to be able to do.

Raymond deserves a shot. But he should’ve gotten that shot last year instead of Pelini. We can’t afford to take a chance this year so unfortunately Raymond isn’t getting that shot now.
