I think it is just a $10mil buyout, not that $10mil is not a problem in itself, not $10mil per year of contract left.

So I am just supposed ignore all Kelly's prior teams and just bank on him getting a top DC? Why hasnt he done that before? Even if he does, his offensive philosophy doesnt lend it self to having a top tier defense.
His best defenses during his entire HC time were at Orgeon and those were
