I hope he comes! But it's not over. UT insiders are saying strong is gone and many believe Texas released the story to ESPN to get their big wigs to rethink their position. There is a lot of insiders that believe Strong is out no matter what happens. That will throw everything into chaos. Herman has had his eye on the UT job for a long time. This is well known in all circles. It's just all a big wait and see right now.

A leak to ESPN is what will cause all UT boosters to get on board with Herman? Pretty sure an email could have done the trick.
Kind of sounds to me like this was done by Herman's people to let UT know he isn't fricking around and wants full control of the ship. UT is gonna struggle with that.

We knew that there was a good chance that we got Herman. There still is. Nobody except Texas Insiders and ESPN said otherwise.

No, this was Texas insiders who leaked this. The agent told whoever at Texas and they told whoever and it leaked, but that doesn't mean Hermans agent did that so they could leak it. Herman still has a game tomorrow and it was done while LSU was playing. That's a shitty thing only butthurt Texans would do.
