The Process of Keeping/Firing Assistant Coaches

I'm just intrigued by how it all goes down. Does Kelly look at past results? Does he take input from Woodward? Interview each one personally? Is it based on philosophical alignment? Maybe a little bit of all of this? SO much must be happening even right now

He’ll most likely even reach out to mutual acquaintances to get a feel for certain guys.

It’s pretty likely that Kelly at least knows of most of the guys and knows their reputation. The coaching world is a small one.

Coach Kelly said he would vet all coaches. He said that in the initial press conference.

I particularly liked the word "vet."

I know many of the coaches are out on the recruiting trail right now..how quick do you think they will know if they are being retained or not.
