They're being used and abused for leverage

They didn't leak shite, and Herman isn't signing a deal before he coaches his last game.

Doesn't seem like it. Seems like they were in control for months.

What exactly would you like them to do about it? Not go after the best coaches?

God, you are sad.

What steps should alleva take, that he didnt, to prevent mark may from going stupid at halftime over a texas website releasing a report that the deal is done?

The ESPN ticker said the deal will be made Saturday. Well, that's what sources were hearing. If we don't hear anything substantial by Saturday we may have dropped the ball.

I think it's entirely possible that Texas could be put in that same category, too.

And you/we know this for fact? This is just like the recent presidential election cycle with the media. They're all pissed (the media) because maybe, just maybe, LSU is very tight lipped about everything and the media is trying to "force LSU's hand" by putting out some bullshite propaganda.
What we're getting on this board is snippets from folks that claim they have sources. Maybe they do. Maybe they don't and they're blowing smoke up our asses.

Ultimately, NOBODY but the LSU admin and possibly a few big wigs in the TAF knows anything.

Starting to believe this as well. Saturday is too far away. Just seems like Herman's agent is giving Texas an opportunity to make their offer.
