After a bit of quick research, it looks like you can get a spot on one of the digital billboards for four weeks at $7,000. Seems doable.

Should be in the $4K range, however I can probably make this happen for free. My friend won't do it though if he feels it'll piss off his other advertisers. He's not going to risk losing $24K-30K a month for this. I'll message him and see what he thinks. He's my best friend and he's cool, so he may be game. He keeps 4 slots open for "special announcements."
