Did Alleva get bamboozled yet again by promises that wont materialize?

Isnt that why you hire someone with a proven track record, because you know they can deliver.

Miles could color in the lines, but the only color he used was beige.

But him and Cam were going to visit and study all these other wide open offenses?

When Miles was carried off the field after aTm last year knowing he was gone then being given a reprieve 20 minutes later he laughed at Joe and said I'm going to do this my way. Which as we all know doomed him in the end.

Think about it for a minute.

Les and Cameron were old cats, they weren't going to change their ways...why would they? Did they ever? What worked for them 30+ years they thought they could wing it with great athletes which worked 75% of the time.

Orgeron has been on the other side of the fence, fired from a D1 school after doing (almost exactly what Les and Cameron did) and has grown and matured from his mistakes even bringing it up numerous times this year. I think Ed is aware of his surroundings more than he was 10 years ago and so far he's making the moves Miles NEVER made to improve the team.

Ed Orgeron's motivation right now is something Les Miles has not had maybe since 2011.

He's been saying what he thinks the fans want to hear since day 1.

Miles' binder was empty. He told Alleva its contents were "sooper sekret" and that he'd have to kill Alleva if he showed it to him.

then why did he need Ponamsky to put that binder together for him, and then attend the interview with him, to help explain the ideas within it?

sounds like O personally, hasnt learned much. Except to rely on a PR guy
