So what is going on with the other college jobs out there?

USCe - lost out on their guy, who's next for them?
USCw - are they waiting on Chip Kelly?
Mizzou- I think this could be were Les ends up
VT, Miami, Illinois, Maryland, Syracuse - do these schools just have to wait and see who is left over?

just because he pulled out (allegedly) doesn't mean he didn't want the job. Might mean that he realized he wasn't their guy and it saves face to say "I'm removing self from consideration" instead of "I didn't get the job".

I don't think we'll get Herman now, but Smart is now supposedly the leading candidate and it's been plastered all over here.

I don't see why Herman would go to USCe to rebuild with what Houston is offering him. He's got enough tools there to get him a better job than USCe right now
