Serious question about Herman's clock management

I would be fine with Herman as head coach. But don't pretend that was not a serious tactical error which significantly contributed to the loss of that game.

Yeah that was awful clock management. You make Memphis use their timeouts there. It was bad clock management, no doubt. You either win it or lose it on O there, but you certainly don't let Memphis get another shot with more than a minute on the clock.

Definitely shouldn't be snapping the ball with more than 5 on the play clock.
