Fleck is a true teacher of the game & an A+ communicator with millennials which goes to recruiting, motivating, and explaining how and why we play the way we do.
is that from their media guide or something? theres no way you wrote so many meaningless platitudes in a row off the top of your head.

I think you meant to type Charlie Weis. ND thought they were hiring a dynasty-type coach because of what he did with the Patriots.

You clearly know next to nothing about Fleck. he's not just another flavor of the month, do some research.

Fleck certainly should be interviewed. When you have young, dynamic guys like him out there, you have to interview them for due diligence, at the least.

his bro-code attitude might work up north, but it would be a disaster in the deep south

bro-code attitude? this shows a fundamental misunderstanding of fleck and what he's about

also, people said some version of this about saban and urban. The whole "ties to the area" argument has been disproved over and over and over again.

LSU hired a 34 year old Bo Rein and he was younger than Fleck is now.

I'm not claiming their coaching acumen is equal, just that they both started their careers at Directional Michigan U, and were/are considered hot up and coming coaches.

he was a WR coach for 5 years, with only one noteworthy year of that...

then a HC at a small MAC school. he's from Illinois, played in Illinois, coached in Illinois and Michigan. he wouldn't even know where to start recruiting here.

does he even have an identity, or is it just pep talks? we could hire tony robbins if thats all it takes.

well that's not true, he was at Rutgers when they had those couple of good years.

Also Harbaugh, urban, and Dabo were never coordinators.

foolish.

Saban played and had spent almost his entire career as a coach in Michigan or Ohio before we hired him. Did he have any issues?

Proving again you lied when you said you had researched him. if that were true you would know he's much more than big pregame speeches.
