I have lived in Louisiana all my life and love the people, culture, outdoor activities but don't think LA is less of a shithole than Alabama. Just like Louisiana Alabama has very beautiful places along with dumps but if I had to rate which state is more scenic and kept up Alabama would rate way ahead of Louisiana.
Your honesty and wisdom is a breathe or fresh air.
BTW, I'm not necessarily agreeing with you on the sh###### part about Louisiana OR Alabama. I do agree with and appreciate your honesty about Alabama being "more scenic and kept up" than Louisiana though. Trying to argue otherwise is like someone from Alabama trying to argue that Birmingham is just as fun and happening and the nightlife is just as good as New Orleans. It's hard for any sane rational objective person to come to that conclusion in either case.

I agree that he isn't coming to PSU but to suggest that we can't afford him is laughable. Just like TAF, PSU donors have plenty of money to bring in a name like Saban and pay for it. Will they? No I dont believe they will. Also while PSU isn't a powerhouse program as it has been in the past, it was in years past. Plus, PSU did beat LSU right?

Unfortunately, Saban isnt going anywhere. If he was younger, I would say you would have something. He may not be happy at Bama or whatever, but he is getting paid more than enough, bringing in top 5 recruiting classes. Why leave when he knows he doesnt want to coach for another 10 years.
