If he gets another big offer like LSU, the question that needs asked is if he's bringing the cousins. The 3-3-5 might work with an SEC roster & DC not named Greg Robinson, but mostly prepare to hate it if he keeps believin.

OC-wise, Calvin MaGee is great.

i'm a huge RichRod fan but i think his time has come and gone for a 1st tier job like LSU

i think he's right at the level where he belongs in the 3rd tier, unless he can trick a 2nd tier team who has issues to hire him (aka, Maryland or VT)

he hasn't adapted his offense as much as a guy like leach, and never became a stud recruiter. those are 2 major issues to me
