Is this year's Western Michigan team laden with upperclassman that might be attributed to this year's success? If so, Fleck may be thinking this is the year to make the move. Otherwise, next year's team could slip due to youth and his stock may drop.

Not sure what the deal is, but I think he just really wants to coach in that bowl game and it's costing him jobs. There was a report yesterday that WMU is willing to offer him $30 million for 10 years, but I have to think that's BS.

If he follows this year up with 9-10 wins he could well be the next coach at ND.

He believes in his program and his kids. He wants to coach that bowl game and if not he trusts that he will sustain success until a big time job come calling

Maybe in 2 years when we can O

Honestly, just reading his history is kinda crazy. It's fricking insane how fast he turned around a waste of a program at WMU. The dude is insanely talented as a coach.

From the way this has gone this year it seems like there's something about him that makes teams not want to give him an interview. Purdue didn't take a look and supposedly Oregon didn't either.

He will stay one more year and still win 10 games and be the hot coaching name. He will wait it out and see what's open next year. He would be great at Tennessee.
