Went to VPHS with AD Lafleur. Sad but true, didn't have cable till 1980. He graduated in '76.
Good guy though. Hope he makes a good hire for the sake of the school and the program.

Wow. I remember when PR was winning championships, now the program is in shambles. What happened to "Safety U?" Alumni like Michael Ball, Maurice Hurst, Jerry Wilson, Aeneas Williams (CB), Rufus Porter (LB), and Gerald Perry (OG), Harold Carmichael (WR) and Mel Blount (CB) should not only advise the program, but be promoted as the faces that epitomize what SU Football used to be all about, and is making every effort to attain again. Perhaps even surpass past history, with the right vision.
