Not from my source, and I truly believe him, he said it is already a done deal Strong can't even win out and save his job and I asked that specific question to my guy. He said no way it is already done. I then asked if he were to win out keep all teams under 20pts and UT averaged 45pts in that time span. He said "give me a realistic question please" lol
I am sticking by my guy it is a done deal, Strong will not be back at UT in 2017

Their next 3 games pit their shitty defense up against the 4th ranked, 1st ranked and 10th ranked teams in total offense.

Although Texas Tech just flat out doesn't play any defense so maybe they've gota chance to win that one.

When I was just looking at NCAA scoring defense, I noticed Baylor was shockingly high. Then I looked at their schedule...

@Rice
Oklahoma State
@Iowa State
Kansas
Their schedule has been laughable so far. They've got @Texas, @Oklahoma, @West Virginia remaining. TCU and K State at home.

That would be the scenario if Texas actually "wants" to keep Charlie. Texas never wanted Charlie Strong in the first place. I believe they made up their mind he was just a stop gap until they found the guy the really wanted.

Yeah I agree with that. They interviewed and were turned down by 3-4 guys before Charlie.
