Orgeron to Nebraska?

Friend of mine from Lincoln just told me one of their local news station said Orgeron may be heading to Nebraska as a position coach or DCO. Anyone else hear anything regarding him?

He's one of the best recruiters in college football but he's also been around a lot of shady shite. One thing is for SURE, he would immediately help out at nebraska.

At recruiting. Not sure he has proven that he can be a HC.
10-25 (3-21 in SEC) has to loom larger than the short interim season. He only beat 2 ranked teams in 3 years and they were both friggin Memphis.
I would love to have him on staff at LSU. Just not as a HC

He would be a solid hire. O could recruit to Fargo, ND if he had to.

Pretty sure no major program will ever let him HC
He has way too much baggage, IMO. However, recruiting coordinator or DL coach and on a tight leash..he could be awesome.

I thought he had his heart set on another head coaching job after getting a taste of (some) success at USC.

A person close to the situation tells me that super recruiter Ed Orgeron could be coming to Nebraska. A top 10 recruiter and great DL Coach.

The drunken references to Coach Orgeron no longer are accurate. He's been sober for quite a while.

Orgeron has the same agent as Riley, hence the connection. Orgeron says he's interested... but for whatever reason, no contact has been made. I also hear that UNLV is looking at him for their HC position.
