He has the best DC in the nation, and now will have an OC that can implement the system that he wants. Lets face it, with the athletes we have, we will continue our status quo...but we will not compete for championships.

Ensminger isnt a dummy and can call plays. Couple that with a smothering defense and thats a formula for winning 8-10 games a year. Which isnt going to get him fired until Aranda leaves and he gets "his guy" for defense. We are looking at a few more years of this crap.

In no way am I happy about this...but at this point, it is what it is and the only thing we can do is not show up.

If we want to be in Atlanta, yes, yes he does.

You mean ensminger can call *other peoples plays from other people’s playbook

We don’t know his playbook, system, or really anything about him. He hasn’t been an OC in like 20 years. This is a terrible hire that will show O the door

So what, you think points will just magically appear on the scoreboard when we play Bama, Georgia, Auburn, Miami, and MSU? You know, teams with good defenses.

So O is a liar then.

He sold this model of taking less to pay the coordinators top dollar. You people act like that's something conjured up by the rant. HE said that, and he's bailing on it after one year.

Sorry, but i do not understand this. We could have beaten the Gumps this year if Etling makes a few throws. Dumping Canada will turn out to be another 0 gaffe. It is another step backwards.

This doesn't appear to be the goal anymore. It seems like job preservation has won the day.

I'm still willing to wait and see how it all plays out, but this OC hire leaves me with very little hope at this point. Which sucks, because I'm a pretty optimistic person when it comes to LSU football.

I think we need an Elite OC. I cant stand the fact that O is our coach and Alleva is the AD...They are in scramble mode right now. just trying to win "enough" games. They are not trying to build a championship.

I hate the Ensminger hire. Just looking at it from a different angle. Its all a load of BS they are cramming down our throats.

Acceptance is the last stage of grief. I think I am going to sit in the denial/anger stages for a while longer.

It was enough to get Les’s arse shite-canned and the same should be true for O.
