What do people think this means? No hope for Kiffin? Someone nobody knows about in the weeds? What?

I think it means no OC hire until after the bowl games...so to go a little further it means the oc we want is probably in a big bowl or playoff

I think it means that most OC candidates are currently employed and will typically finish the season before leaving their current jobs. I'm pretty sure this is standard for coordinators, unless they get an interview for HC.

It allows O to be the head recruiter on more kids so that's good at least.

That they had a plan, which failed, and no contingency plan was in place, so now they have to start from scratch.

The candidates are still under contract. This is normal.
