It's a pretty safe assumption that whoever the new HC will be is also a damn good recruiter. That will be part of the criteria i would hope.
Not to mention he will bring other recruiters with him. When you fire a coach, you have to expect to lose the entire staff and start over.
I thought people realized that was part of the deal/risk of firing Miles?

True true. I just hope Alleva handles the matter well, and O doesn't have unrealistic expectations on how it plays out if Herman or Jimbo say yes.
