There will always be a faction of fans who need the LSU coach to be a hero to them, a rockstart. And they will continue to be miserable because the wins will keep racking up and Miles will still be here.
who the frick needs an LSU coach to be a hero? My dad is a hero not CLM. I need a coach who will see a problem and fix it, not be loyal to a fault.

Good tiger n atl. LSU doesn't need "fans" like you anyway. You are one of the biggest chicken little crybaby on the entire site.

Hoke is a good coach and I believe if given the chance, he'll be successful at michigan. He has an uphill battle though IMO. Hopefully he can get some big time recruiting back up in Ann Arbor.

Sorry, but, even with RR faults and all I can confidently say most would have rather stuck with him another year than go with Hoke.

You and plenty of folks on here. And those folks like to talk as if performance/results have something to do with their disdain for Miles and it's all bullshite.

Anybody who says this and means it should just go ahead and hit the road.

I guarantee you didn't attend LSU.

This x 1000

The most obnoxious and dumbest part of our fan base hasn't stepped on campus besides to attend a game.

Sweet, 10-2 again! He may be an idiot but he's now our idiot forever!

I can't wait until next year's Oregon game, when LSU, failing to see the error of its ways against the last 3 running QBs it faced, continues to have the same, bland, read-and-react scheme instead of attacking Darron Thomas the way Auburn did last night.

Sweet!

When will be the next game/play clock fiasco? I can't wait!

Will Mett and JLee languish on the bench next year regardless of struggles of 1A?

Les, can you please get a new OC with whom you are more compatible? But, when the new guy says, "Les if you want to override my play call that's fine, but please stop changing to the shortside option" please believe him, it simply doesn't work.

I have to admit that I've been up and down on Miles for the past couple of years. But, I finally said, he's our coach, and he needs to be supported, and I wasn't happy with the fact that we were 6-0 at one point and people were trying to hang him.
With that said, this says alot about Les as a man and a coach. In a day when coaches will jump to what they think is the next best thing in a heartbeat for the money and the continuity of a coach staying at a program for an extended amount of time is a thing of the past, our coach has apparently found a home with us Tigers and hopefully will be here. Stability goes a long way in programs these days. You just don't have many examples to point to. GEAUX COACH MILES!!!!!

Quit crying like a puss over the terms of a contract you know nothing about. This hatred is misplaced and juvenile.

Is that actually you in the avi? If so, it explains alot.
