Miles to Penn State?

Makes sense with the lingering issues with that program to bring in a good high character guy
Their fans seem to be begging for it to happen

I think it would be a good fit for them to get the program moving in a nice direction and would probably be a good place for him to cap off his career.

Was talking with some co-workers about it and we all agreed (for once) that Penn St would be a great landing spot for Lester.

I hope PSU likes the toss dive

Miles and Cam Cameron will make Penn State great again

If he could boost recruiting there it could be interesting. The top half of the league is pretty strong.

Actually that would be a good landing spot for him. He wouldn't be there but 5 years at the most, but his style fits the big 10 a lot more and it would at least make them more competitive.

Miles will probably coach somewhere, but I kind of feel bad for the team that gets him and it's not going to be good for his legacy.

I really like the class act that Les is. I want the best for him, and this would be it.
I really love LSU, and want the best for it. This would be it. Would save us some dollars for the buy out of our next head coach.

Penn Stater I know wants this

I'd definitely stop rooting for him if he goes to Penn State.

Miles is a great guy. A really great guy. Good person.
But he should have a want to enjoy retirement.

Les is not as bad as this fever swamp has made him out to be. He will get some good recruits, play smash mouth football and have a nice run at Penn State every three or four years.

James Franklin, much like Paterno, is scum. Franklin lied about what he did and did not know in regards to the Vanderbilt rape case.
On top of that, he sucks. So far, he's 7-6 at Penn State in his first two seasons. He has yet to beat a ranked team and he's logged some impressive losses (Northwestern x2, Maryland, Illinois, Temple, Pitt). Franklin is garbage and Harbaugh proved that after kicking his skull in.
Miles would be a character improvement at Penn State. Pennsylvania produces a heap of talent. He can recruit and build around his offensive philosophy.
However, Miles poses no contest to Harbaugh, Meyer, Dantonio, Chryst (obviously), and probably Ferentz. Miles wouldn't field a Penn State team as talented as LSU and I'd see him really, really struggling to beat these coaches. I'm not sure Penn State would be content with that.

I would like that. I for one don't want to play Les on a regular basis. I would hate for him to go somewhere in the SEC West. Penn State would be great.

That would actually be a great hire for that troubled program. He would do well there.

Les can come coach our Oline! Hell ill take him as recruiting coordinator alone
The man connects with the players.

He will not coach against Michigan every year, just will not do it

Or back to OSU to replace Gundy who's gotta get out from under T. Boone, or maybe as an Athletic Director somewhere where he can work primarily as a fundraiser.
Posted on 9/28/16 at 8:40 am to WMTigerFAN
I think miles relationship with t Boone is even worse than gundy's.

Penn state won't hire a Michigan man
