Isn't Michigan one of the top 25 school in the country?

They know what they are doing.

It would take at least 5 years!

If they are going to spend 5 mil a year I think everyone will get restless and he will run out of time.... If michigan goes all in and understands time table then YES

No offense, but UM is one of the all time programs. #1 in total wins. It IS a better job than LSU for that simple reason along with the face it is easier to win in the Big 10 (12) than the SEC.

It is his alma mater, no matter what the mess is. When mama calls.............

I think he can get it going in the right direction, but it will take a lot of time. He'll need a Gary Crowton like OC to work with spread type offense while he builds a recruiting foundation for a running offense. He would need to bring in a top notch DC to fix all of those holes. Still - it's the Big 10 - not the SEC so it will be a bit lighter competition for a while.
