Paying their man nearly 10 million for 2 losses, possibly 3 with no championship (conference or divisional) to show for it.

Wow, 1 game? Really?

UGA crushed Saban in his 5th year here. Is that a fireable offense?

Michigan is the blind squirrel that finally found a nut after 40 years wandering in the desert.

Even Miles was never beaten like that. Jimbo's FSU program is in decline. What raise did FSU give Jimbo to keep him from flirting with LSU? Uhhhh, none. That speaks volumes.

I didn't say hire him. At least give him a holla. He was pretty damn successful with average players at Oregon. Came pretty damn close to a national championship.

Yes they lost today but they invested in the homerun and are instantly top 5 and a force to be reckoned with

The Big Ten sucks, in general. Harbaugh gave the game away. Bad coaching. Poor play calling.

Michigan's QB couldn't start at any SEC school.

Michigan had to go through Rich Rod and Hoke to get to Harbaugh

Harbaugh single handedly brought Michigan back to prominence. I'd say hes worth 9million. If its not coming out of your pocket then who gives a shite? Michigan will win a national championship in the next 5 years in my opinion. For them to be this good after his second year is downright ridiculous.

And for the record, Michigan won that game. JT Barrett did NOT get that first down on 4th down. Refs were just too scared to end the game on something like that. Especially if it meant Ohio State was going to lose.

Hate to ve the one that says it, but the Big 10 is the best conference in the country.

So you would be happy to pay that for a coach and still not beat Bama and a conference title?

And I don't care what the rankings show the Big10 is not as good as the SEC this year

Yeah, Jimbo is worth it.
Sounds like the only candidate worth getting is the guy who has such a flawless resume...we couldn't hope to actually acquire him because his position with his team is that secure.

Namely the guys like Saban, Meyer, etc.

Hate to say it but harbaigh isn't worth 9 mil.

lol wut???

It's a lot of money and he's worth every damn penny. He had them back to 10 wins in his first year. Before that, they were lingering around 6-7 wins a year and shitty recruiting. In only his second season they had a legit shot at getting into the CFB playoffs. Harbaugh will be on a similar level as Saban within 5 years.

ETA: The dude is a complete douche but i'd nut in my pants if we had a coach like that at LSU.
