I think Mullen will be the guy they get if they pay up. Mullen is from Drexel Hill, Pa.

Maryland would be easier to recruit and is in better crootin territory than MSU. Plus the home factor.

Maryland had 10 million more in revenue and 16 million more in profits than Mississippi State did in football last year

Maryland has a big name donor, the head of Under Armor.

Maryland has a higher all time winning percentage than Mississippi State.

Maryland is close to a number of large influential east coast ciites and New Jersey recruiting, State is not.

Maryland is a better program

Merlins would be really well at UM, actually. He has lots of ties to MD/PA. It makes sense.

LMAO. it's amazing how stupid SEC fans are.

Maryland was actually the best program in the ACC until Bowden showed up. Mississippi St is in their golden era and hasn't sniffed a conference championship.

O'Brien is interesting since his Houston tenure is doomed.

He will be in college sooner than later, yes.

But I'm not sure O'Brien is cut out for the building job at Maryland. Just doesn't seem to fit his (rather cantankerous) personality.

It's not like Maryland is going to have an intense overbearing fanbase looking over his shoulder like PSU.
