Oregon didn't appear to run even close to the same O as Navy or GTech to me.

I'm reserving judgment until bisonduck or one of the other Oregon fans gives their assessment.

They already might have in another thread.

From what I recall, the resident Oregon fans cautioned us against him.

So, he found a diamond in the rough like Mariota, helped mold him into a Heisman-winning QB who has a bright NFL career ahead of him...and your facutal post has more downvotes than up?

O has settled for Kiffin and not contacting people so OC's are contacting him?

Anybody is better than Kiffin.

FWIW, Random dropped Helfrich's name in a recently-whacked OC rumor post (that's why I posted something on Helfrich over the weekend).

He's not much on the trail, but he's truly a great coach and would be a great hire.

He was coveted by Mike Belotti, who also hired Jeff Tedford, Dirk Koetter, Chris Petersen, and Chip Kelly. Says enough about his credentials to me.

I think he would be a good hire as an OC. People forget that when Adams was healthy last year, Oregons offense was stout. He's not just a product of Mariota. Bad HC, good OC.
