I'm not fired up about Bo Pelini. His defense was getting abused at the end of his run with LSU.

To be fair, his defense at Nebraska looks different than his one here, lot more aggressive there

A lot of injuries helped to skew the stats his final year(and the Tigers still finished in the top ten defensively as I recall). I'm not too keen on BP for the HC option either fwiw. Not sure he can hang with LM or NS as a recruiter. Needs to tone down his hostility level just a tad as the head man IMO.

That's funny, Chavis' defense always was a lot more agressive at UT than here.* I wonder why that is. Coincidence? Or common denominator?



*Now, to be fair, he did turn up the aggressive meter a lot this year except for: all game against Auburn, Ole Miss and Arky and the first half against Bama.
