Looking like Memphis DC Barry Odom to Arkansas

Not official but it's spreading around quickly. Great hire of true. He did miracles with the talent Memphis had. They gave UCF and Louisville major fits this year. Hope it's true

Rofl all you want but he took Memohis from the 120 ranked defense to top 30 and he was a great recruiter at Mizzou. SEC fuuuuuucked

I would have preferred a more experienced hire but if we're going to go young then this is a good hire. Hopefully he has made enough connections in Memphis the last two years to get us in there. He will definitely help up out big time in our new push to recruit Missouri more heavily.

Yeah and then became a coach there afterwards up until 2011 when he left to go to Memphis when Fuentes was hired.

Meh...Head coaches typically try and hire established Coordinators on the opposite side of the ball that they coach and up and comers on their side.
CBB needed a DC that could come in and coach CBB's defensive philosophy not a DC with a different one.

Memphis = Ole Miss
Plus Freeze knows all of the coaches and schools up there from when he was a high school coach. Try to recruit it. I dare you.
