Strong. Still has huge ties to south florida area. Built his UL teams on the backs of Miami area talent.

Strong makes worlds more sense at USF. He's a good coach, despite what happened at Texas.

The only bad thing about Strong is apparently he and Taggart have been in talks about him being the Oregon DC.

Tampa Fox and Tampa ABC are both saying that USF is in negotiations with Strong today.
