Even has some of his mannerisms down. 
Actually, I was pretty impressed with him. Seems to have been humbled, was pretty self-deprecating, and--dare I say--likable.

Dude I swear to God I was thinking the exact same thing!! Not just his mannerisms but his voice actually sounded VERY similar to Saban's. That was crazy.

If you spend enough time with somebody you pick up their phrasing and mannerisms.
My friend played for Saban and is in coaching. He sounds just like him when he talks sports and even uses his hands when he talks in the same way. Makes me want to slap him.
