I don't like the idea of Kiffin coming as much as you all want the old USC guard to come back. He works well under Saban's orphanage but let him out, and he is just a lose cannon waiting to wreck shite. Matt Canada is a more logical choice.

Kiffin is not coming to LSU. He didn't let his contract expire so that he could coach in the same division with a more difficult path to success.

He has plans to be a HC or NFL OC somewhere else.

yeah, I've got concerns about that also. Look at the shite they pulled at UT.

Some merit in this post would Ed pull those reigns on his buddy. I am also intrigued by this Canada fellow but can he recruit like Kiffy?

I don't think it would be an unfortunate hire, but would he stay long enough to win anything of significance?

Sure: If Kiffen doesn't come to LSU then I win; if Kiffin does come to LSU than you lose.

You will realize quickly whom it is when it is completely quiet about an OC hire the next 2 weeks

I think it will be Kiffin as well. O sounds confident about it to the media and people on the paysites are saying the same thing and that is even coming from Alabama sources.

Exactly. He's a terrible human being with no discipline which is why he is as good as he's gonna get under Saban's thumb.

As a coach probably the best OC is Briles, but the baggage. I'm also getting a good vibe about Canada for OC, maybe Kiffin takes a HC gig instead. I'm trusting O to make the right call here.

What are all the Kiffin shenanigans I hear about?

As far as I can tell he's kind of a dick. That's it.

ill flat out say I heard it from someone whom directly talked to high level booster engrossed in program. Yea yea i know sauces sauces. I'm hesitant to believe anything from anyone, but I've never heard a peep from this guy previously. It has inspired a fair amount of confidence in me even though I absolutely agree it doesn't seem to make much sense.
