I'm ALL in for Coach O....to keep Aranda

CEO will let his coaches coach. When's the last time we had that? Aranda will be happy with this, knowing his defense and scheme will be untouched. All we need is the best OC money can buy, more player structure and discipline, and we are golden. Give him a 3 year deal or whatever matches Arandas. Perfectly setup to give Aranda the team if things don't go our way. Any other coach coming in will not keep Aranda happy imo.

Nope, they already paid a fool to much to stand on the sideline and rotate thru position coaches. No reason to have to pay coach o to go away in 3 to 4 years.
They need a coach that can coach up the offense.

The only reason to hire a head coach dumber than "to keep the DC" is because "he's one of us". Probably not a coincidence both arguments are being made for the same guy.

Why are the pro-O folks so dang sure that the hottest young DC in America actually WANTS to coach under CEO, anyway? He wasn't hired by CEO, so why so certain he'd stay?
