first of all, yes is absolutely matters.

second....you question starts with IF. What if that IF doesnt come to fruition?

Then where are we?

Herman/Fisher do not even need an OC. Dont you think it would be MUCH easier to hire just a new DC than both?

And you constantly are dependent upon both hires

That's much more difficult to work with than locking down one side where the coordinator hire is irrelevant

LSU has shown they can get great DC with this talent so lock down an offensive x and o HC

bullshite. They're a lot of good people out there in the college football world always looking to prove themselves. Tom Herman came from nowhere, shite, I was impressed with Memphis' HC. That young guy is good.
