nah, I'm thinking they might move Randy Shannon to DC (from his current co-DC spot) and let Corey be co-DC with no play-calling, but some grooming towards being a DC.

Cory Raymond bleeds purple & gold!! He is not going anywheres. Give him a good Pay raise. He will learn tons from Dave! When Dave gets his chance at head coach. Raymond will get looked at for DC at LSU

If he's indeed got DC potential, it does seem like CEO should do that. Pay him very well and have Dave "apprentice" him as his successor.
