If Herman is in, Aranda is likely out

I truly believe Aranda will be a huge difference maker for this program. But I can see only one situation that would allow him to stay if Herman was named. If Herman was the guy he will more than likely have won 23 or 24 games in a two year stretch (maybe more) and there is no way he doesn't bring his DC with him.
The only way I see Aranda staying is if Herman's DC takes the head job at Houston on his departure.

Why wouldnt Herman want to keep one of the top DCs in the league? This post is pretty delusional considering they were roomates at one point.

Ummm actually Aranda would be one of many big reasons as to why Herman would want to come here... Aranda and Herman were roomates and very good friends. So I really doubt Aranda would be upset at all about that. If anything he is pushing for Herman to come.
