He's in like Flint and would have built up a ton of goodwill capital.

It would be very easy for him to immediately fire CJJ and begin the search for a basketball coach that could get us to the tourney most years.

I am fairly certain he could fire CJJ today, on Thanksgiving, and nobody here would complain.

That would not be an immediate total disaster for Alleva.

But if he hires one of those, he'd better hope like hell they at least make a NY6 bowl next season or I predict it's Alleva's last.

Nobody would care. LSU basketball has been in the cellar for so long, would anyone really notice?

Fisher is completely out at this point. Quit living on a prayer. Should be very happy come Sunday barring a last minute hang up.
