Yeah, Coach O is universally respected by all the legends in his industry. Everybody he has ever worked with gushes. He has lived the dream in Miami and LA while making millions. But dude in Mom's basement says he has "a low football IQ".

What I do want is the powers deciding on hiring HCs to have proven xp or higher IQ for their job.
