How come Bryan Harsin's name isn't getting thrown around for some of these jobs?

McElwain is getting all the hype, but Harsin actually won the conference. He's got a top 10 offense this year. His offenses under Chris Petersen were great and he was one of the lone bright spots as the Texas offensive coordinator those couple of years.

Mcelwain built a program back up that was on the decline. Harsin took over two successful programs that had good coaches hired away. He'll get his shot with continued success.

Plus, McElwain has been at Colorado State for three years now; he has a proven record of continued and sustained success. Harsin has only been at Boise for a year.

Harsin is from Boise and graduated from Boise State. He may not want to leave.
