If anyone thinks either fanbase is melting or overcompensating in 'relief', they've never witnessed a real melt/nonmelt but still relieved melt (ie, Kiffen to USC announcement in Knoxville, CLM's 'Have a Nice Day' speech.).
Mostly it's posters from either side who have been trash talking each other this week as they would before a big game. Those that won are enjoying the win, and those that lost are (mostly) taking their lumps. Only a couple on either side or being 'bad winners' or 'meltdown losers'.
UT fans crashing shaggybevo, OTOH...that is a melt, and if it's true that Mack is staying at UT, that site might well be down for a whole month or more.

LSU fans didn't care in the first place, eh? I guess you're level of caring was so low that yall spent the last 2 weeks circle jerk'n each other off in thousands of posts in a coaching search forum that had to be created just because of a few rumors about Saban.

It's pretty much them making "melt/meltdown" the new "butthurt" (which was a fan favorite of theirs not long ago). It's a silly shtick where they respond to everything with "sweet melt brah" until it finally annoys someone and they reply frustrated (at which point it's an actual melt).
They're still butthurt over antibarner and S.E.C.Crazy melting down for a record 14 days now and making their fanbase look like a joke.
