One thing that is consistent at our school is arrogance. We think we call and everyone comes running. They should but our admin doesn't reach out with red carpet like others do at USC, Texas, etc. Would it be a top job?, of course, but our admin gets second tier coaches in many sports here then sells it to us as who was available and who a deal could be struck with. I actively serve on the board of an organization who's executives think that same way and stunt its growth. This will be my last term though because the results have been lackluster and stagnant for those same philosophies and the idea that whoever we bring in will be successful because we are just such an outstanding organization........

I wish you would have never joined. Please stop posting at 3!

Some of our fans have such loser attitudes I'm not sure how they get through life.

Many of our sports are second tier. But LSU football is a top 10 job in the country.

Our arrogance? You are delusional if you don't think elite college coaches are not tripping over their cocks for a shot at this job.

First you claim we are arrogant to approach Herman, Fisher, etc. and then you complain about settling for second tier coaches.

So you are a passive board member making no difference. What a loser and explains why as a board member you have time to post on an Internet board.

We should be arrogant. This decade we have lured possibly the best coach in CFB history and followed that up with the winningest coach in our history. Both of whom won national titles and multiple SEC titles.

No one is better at coaching searches recently than LSU.

Congrats on serving on the Office Birthday committee at whatever shite company you work for, but that doesn't give you authority or a irrefutable opinion. Spend more time picking out party favors, than posting on TD going forwards. Thanks

I don't think that we think that we are a shoe in for anyone. In fact, I see our fan base as worried, after all of Admin's blunders in the handling of the Coaching mess since last year, that great Coaches may think twice about a school with idiots running it and little money...No arrogance here, Sir, just a want for someone to belive that we are worth the move to LSU from wherever their comfortable spot right now is. You are very wrong on your 3rd post.

Football matters >>>>>>>>>>>>> than all the other sports combined.

Deal with it.

The want for Herman is real.
