Wtf? Didn't Fisher just sign a 2 year extension?

Apparently the extension was done before the season and was just announced a few weeks ago. So its not out the realm of possibility that he gets fired.

Ahh, I just read Gurley being disappointed in the performance Saturday so I thought that's what the reference was. Dickerson was before my time.

Lol at best player in franchise history. That's rich. Even for Tigerdroppings.

ETA: didn't realize y'all were talking about Dickerson? What did Fisher do to piss off Dickerson?

Probably the same people that said Saban wasn't happy at Alabama. They don't really know. But until Harbaugh is in one place for longer than 5 years, the rumors will persist.

Michigan is losing a LOT of upperclassmen. And Ohio State will be returning a loaded squad.

If Harbaugh has a feeling that the team is going to kind of suck next year and sees a third loss in a row to Ohio State is imminent, I could potentially see him bailing if the NFL offer is enticing enough.

I have no doubt that Harbaugh will eventually return to the NFL. However, I don't see him screwing over his alma mater after just 2 years. He'll leave when he has that program in good shape for the next coach. UM will still be solid next year, they have a ton of young talent and will bring in another top 5 class this year.

These are my exact thoughts. It's going to be three years before the team is back at this year's level IMO. He may not want to get pounded by OSU a couple of more years.

I wouldn't blame him for leaving while his stock is still very high, although I couldn't see him doing so unless he got personnel control or something. I do think after being trashed by the 49ers front office that he likes having his own fiefdom.

Money talks! If the coin is more than what he is receiving now he will bolt.
