I think his end game is certainly back in the NFL. Rams have talent, they are just directionless under Fisher.

Gene Chizik received an extension and a raise 16 months prior to being fired. A little more than a year, but close.

Cam Cameron got an extension in the spring and was fired in the fall all in 2016.

I could buy that in about 5 years but no way he leaves Michigan so soon. Also, believe john will take over at Michigan someday. Jim to the bears or colts make more sense.

there are reports that the extension was just a "thank you" for handling the move so well and the owner planned on firing him when giving the extension. it's fricking bananas
