I can see TD being a problem only to the extent that recruits and current players MAY read unfavorable stuff posted about them since most seem to thrive on social media. I don't see TD as a problem for LSU itself.

I, as well, had spaghetti with a big time source last night. Confirmed to me that Miles was fired for not making significant changes to the offense. I saw the email. Furthermore, he proved that Alleva planned to give Orgeron an audition during the season. Then when the season was over, he promoted O for good. Again, I was able to read the email confirming all these details.

Take it for what it's worth, but my source seemed to have all the answers.

I wonder who is telling the truth? Your super secret, made up sauce, or a guy that walked up to a podium, and answered direct questions from the media?

I don't believe that.

No way we offer that Hawaiian QB without direction from Kiffin.

No way we offer the number 1 DT QB after O said he wanted to run a system that favors a DT? Got it

And why would O have done that? Since all we have heard from day 1 that O learned from his mistakes at Ole Miss. He didn't let his coordinators make decisions?

So which coordinator made the decision to change offenses? A non-existent OC, Steve Ensminger, or a "I promise I'm coming" LK?

Don't be stupid

Kiffin turned LSU down and was a major selling point to Alleva by Orgeron to get HC position.

So in that sense, yes, Kiffin was never an option for you guys because he didn't want to go there.
Canada was LSU's 2nd, 3rd or 4th option just like Orgeron was.

In the Q&A found here Special Teams Coach

Do you have your eye on somebody for the (special teams coach) position?

“Yeah. We have our eye on that position, but we got to wait until after the bowl and just see how everything pans out.”

Seems like Coach O is a major sauce of misinformation...

Yeah right, either you don’t have a source, or your source is blowing wind up your butt. Kiffin wanted a head-coaching job or otherwise he was leaving Bama for LSU.

Nonetheless, after he luckily got a head-coaching job, he would have been stupid to say anything other than he never intended to leave Bama. Indeed, why burn bridges with a former boss and a reference when you don’t have to and especially when that particular former boss is notorious for being very vindictive? Hence, unless Kiffin is very stupid, then he will never tell anyone he intended to leave Bama to go to LSU after the season is over.

Thus, it’s not a coincidence that coach O all of a sudden hired Canada, less than three days after Kiffin was introduced as the new head football coach at FAU. As coach O is just covering up for his good buddy who he talks to everyday.

Nonetheless, had Kiffin not found a HC job, he was coming to LSU, and that’s the real reason coach O was waiting until after the bowl game. In fact, coach O and Kiffin had probably already agreed to terms. Indeed, it would have been absolutely flat out insane for Kiffin to inform Saban that he was leaving before the season was over.

I hate to burst your bubble dude, but Kiffin was coming to LSU if he didn't find a HC job. Now I know he said he never intended to leave Bama, but that's BS. As Kiffin would be very stupid to say otherwise. Indeed, why burn bridges with someone like Nick Saban when you don't have to?

Nonetheless, Orgeron was waiting till the end of the season in the event that Kiffin didn't find a HC job, because Kiffen was coming to LSU despite what Kiffin said, but it would have been very stupid for Kiffin to tell Saban before the season ended that he was coming to LSU, and then once he got the HC job, it would be even more stupid for him to tell everyone that he was intending to leave Bama to come to LSU.

Anyway, Orgeron knew the score the whole time, as he and Kiffin talked every day, and that's why Orgeron signed a new OC less than three days after Kiffin was announced as the new HC of FAU. Now Orgeron will never admit the truth because he is covering up for his good buddy.

So basically the whole internet thing is a problem for LSU. I really have a hard time believing this.

I wish LSU did not cow tow to this. Those gates should be named after former players/coaches, not people who write checks. People who write checks can settle for a small thank you plaque somewhere, shouldn't have shite named after them though.
