This is my take on the "gentlemens agreement" that sexton told Texas about. They guy mistakenly thought that sexton is hermans agent. Hermans agent is Armstrong. Later in the thread on the Texas board, the poster mentions that people should look out for jimbo cause he's a real possibility.
My theory, sexton told Texas we have Herman almost locked up. Maybe we do maybe we don't. But he convinces Texas we do so he gets Texas to look harder at his clients. Pretty solid theory imo

When Petrino was rehired again at Louisville he had to make a commitment to stay at Louisville. He isn't going anywhere.

He's not, Trace Armstrong is. My point is that just because Sexton may tell UT Herman is "locked in" to LSU doesn't mean they can't get in touch w/Herman's agent to see if that's in fact the case. They're not going to take Sexton's word for it and say, "Damn, let's look elsewhere."

It's not an apartment, it's a $300,000 condominium located very close to LSU. I've seen it, thought it was for hosting recruits families when they have to travel from far away, not for hosting chicks. Don't believe everything you see posted, Miles was one of the good guys, still is.
