His statement means nothing.

He downright said he is not leaving, how does that mean nothing?

It would be smoke if he had danced around it… that’s pretty common.

There are so many reasons that Kelly to UM is a ridiculous take & they have all been discussed, but I guess I’ll do this again.

1) No HC has left LSU for another school since Paul Dietzel left for Westpoint in the 60s
2) Harbaugh is still the HC at Michigan
3) Kelly just made three million dollar hires & has a #1 recruiting class on deck
4) Michigan is about to get hit with sanctions & if the job opens up the roster will be open for raiding
5) Kelly is getting paid
6) Kelly left for the SEC… you really think he spends 2 years rebuilding and jets right when he is really picking up steam?
7) Michigan OC is leading candidate if job opens

Did I miss anything?

Moscona straight up admitted the other day that someone fed him incorrect information on purpose.

With all of the things he’s gotten wrong now, Lincoln Riley, LSU not having the money to buy out or hire these coaches, the timing of changes and hires…is Scott telling higher ups to lie to media or do they just do it for fun.

Thought it was interesting he admitted to being fed wrong info on purpose.

How does he not know that he's the guy for that?

Kelly wouldn’t be going all out with this new coaching staff if he were considering taking the Michigan job. Try not to panic over everything you read

BK to consider Michigan

This all ties back to Liucci's bullshite of "coaches have told me watch Kelly. He's not a fit at LSU". Right, he was the one that started this 2 months ago. It didn't come from anyone but him and the current rumor is the exact same "Kelly would consider Michigan, muh cultural fit".

So this all sources back to the same guy who openly admits he doesn't like LSU, doesn't like Brian Kelly, doesn't like LSU taking A&M recruits and transfers. I think it's made up butthuet bs from Luicci.

I don't think that Kelly is going anywhere, but we all know that a coach's word means nothing these days.

I will say this. If he does in fact end up leaving, I have no idea who we would go after...and don't say Lane Kiffin.

Kelly has stated multiple times without being prompted that he intends to retire from Baton Rouge. As I've said, (and I don't like to gloat, but I'm pretty good at reading situations) unless there's a personal reason for Kelly wanting out of BR, I don't see it happening. He appears to be comfortable here. More comfortable than he was in South Bend.

Sounds like the different news outlets are just bouncing around the same speculative off-the-cuff comments made by a couple of SEC coaches months ago.

It's the new AI produced content era. It takes one BS source to be scraped by AI and then it starts an echo loop of the same BS being written by AI bots. The more that online publications turn to AI written articles, the worse the problem will become.

Because he thinks he's more important than he is.

I saw that presser. That is what he said. The moves CBK has been making in the short and long term interest and benefit for LSU don’t seem to align with a guy who is and would consider leaving.

Have we learned nothing about BK since he has been here? There are no insiders. He doesn’t tell the media shite.

So there is no way anyone could be reporting that he would, or wouldn’t, consider any job opening because BK keeps his cards close to his chest.
